By accessing or using OW Tracker, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

OW Tracker is a personal match history tracker for Overwatch players. It allows users to log competitive matches, track rank progression, and analyze performance statistics. The service is provided free of charge.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account via email or Google OAuth to use OW Tracker. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  1. Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  2. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data
  3. Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools against the service
  4. Impersonate other users or create fake profiles
  5. Upload harmful, offensive, or illegal content

5. Intellectual Property

OW Tracker and its original code are the property of the operator. Overwatch® is a registered trademark of Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. OW Tracker is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Blizzard Entertainment in any way.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

OW Tracker is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the accuracy of statistics. Use the service at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of OW Tracker.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to OW Tracker at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting hello.nekobytes@gmail.com.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The place of jurisdiction is Düsseldorf, Germany.
